This buy became a real treasure for my family during our family gatherings. It kept food perfect for serving for hours. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner several hours before our family arrived. The warmer kept rolls, meat, vegetables perfect for serving. This is a gotta have for low stress big dinners. Love this thing.

This was shipped promptly and received in great shape. The packing is good with a combo of styrofoam and this "padded" cardboard. Thankfully the oven was not coated with the cling plastic that requires hours of painstaking peeling but the 4 shelves were, so figure about 10 minutes per shelf. The oven appears to be well constructed and insulated. It's heavy. I think that is a good thing. I checked temp at the middle shelf level only with three different digital devices. None of my devices have proven to be flawless in accuracy so I got three different results but they were close enough that I feel confident to trust the ovens thermometer and controllers. Time will tell. I bought this primarily for long holding smoked brisket but it will also work for anything requiring low temps. Unless you hear from me again, I'm pleased with this purchase.

2 stars only because I can't give a solid review on the product itself due to damage. Seller would have made it a 1 star or worse. I can't give a great review on this product because it arrived damaged. It did appear to heat up well but due to the damage, I could not verify that the temp would hold. I will also caution that the magnetic door does not feel super secure. Additionally, the space between racks makes for a very snug fit trying to fit a full foil pan inside. I had to really force it to fit and I don't know that that is the best way to make the pan fit. The biggest issue I have from purchasing this is the interaction I had with the seller. They were extremely difficult to work with while trying to return the product while it was clearly damaged. They initially offered a small refund for me to keep the product. I was not confident in the performance of the product with the damage it had so I rejected that offer. After that, I spent days trying to get a shipping label from them so I could return the package. They kept trying to force me to take a video showing that the product didn't work. It did turn on and start heating up but the damage was clear and I was not willing to accept it as is. Only after I contacted Amazon to submit a claim for it did they send a shipping label. And of course that came after I had already spent a lot of money to have it shipped myself. Luckily I've been refunded for the product and the return shipping costs. There were some major red flags working with this seller. The product may be just fine but the seller has made me decide to never purchase from them again.
