I probably should've read how much was in the little carton before buying it, but otherwise it worked for its intended purpose, which was to make a nice banana pudding. Taste is nice, I liked the texture, and it wasn't too thick. I used it to make whipped cream, and the whipped cream ended up being delicious. Like store-bought whipped cream level. Whether that was due to my natural talents or because of the heavy whipping cream is questionable but it's great, although I wish I bought a larger carton because after a single day, this ran out.

It is what it says. Good quality. Not cut by skim milk like so many now a days. Pure.

This heavy cream is one of the better ones I’ve used. It has a clean, rich taste and doesn’t have any weird aftertaste or off smell, which can happen with cheaper brands. It whips up quickly and holds structure well, whether you’re making whipped cream for desserts or using it in sauces. The consistency is smooth and not overly thick, so it pours easily but still gives dishes that creamy finish you want. Oh my gosh, I’ve tried practically everything out there, as far as heavy whipping cream goes. Let me tell you, you’re missing out if you’re not having organic Valley heavy whipping cream! It is so creamy and smooth. It is absolutely the most delicious product out there hands-down!!! We literally as a family four, go through one container per day.😋

When I started my KETO journey, I substituted supermarket whipped cream with home made whipped cream and I added 1 tsp Glycine powder and a tsp of Vanilla powder. Put this in a metal container with a c02 cartridge. This is what I recommend for people to break away from sugar, overcome a sweet tooth. Learning to use glycine was a major step. years later, I found "palmitate" in heavy cream could contribute to diabetes, so I now limit it to the Holidays between Christmas and New Years day.
