The Laundress Signature Fabric Conditioner Classic, Liquid Fabric Softener, Soften Fabrics, Reduces Static,128 Fl Oz

I got the big jug, thinking it saves me time to measure its volume each time by just giving a couple pumps. I mean this product doesn't come with measuring caps so it's always troublesome and I always end up using more than I need to bcoz it smells so great. But the price is $$$$. So the pump squirts. Like peeing squirt. Liquid also comes out just by tiling the jug, don't even need to pump, it just comes like like a trickle. The pump sticks up high, like a towering flagpole. If you need to close it, then you have to squirt out more. Come on, where's the convince for such a high end product?? I threw away the useless pump. But now I can't find the original cap it came with. So now I have an orange tape, so it's visible it doesn't have a cap, taping it over its mouth. Please? Great product deserves great delivery?

I have had for couple months , the liquid is separating in bottle. I have to shake every time using, product is premium expensive product , surprisingly and disappointing!

I used to love this fabric softener, but it appears this is just another product to be affected by shrinkflation. The smell is fine. I don’t know if they made any changes to their formula’s ingredients or not. But, what I do know for sure is that it’s become incredibly watered down compared to how it used to be. It’s such as shame. Because I like using this brand. But, I’ve had to use a ridiculous amount of this in each load to even make it feel like it was doing anything to my laundry. (Keep in mind, I have a whole house water filter and my water is softened on top of that). So, you’d think this would make a noticeable difference to how my laundry smells and feels. This feels like it was just a waste of money. I hope they don’t cheap out and change any of their other laundry formulas. I won’t be wasting my money on this fabric softener ever again.

I have purchased the smaller bottle many times and usually bought in multiples. This time I decided to buy the larger "economy" size. I still had some of the old and when I went to refill the old bottle so I wouldn't have to lug the big one around I was astonished at how watered down they made it. The liquid in the smaller 16 ounce bottle much thicker like honey or thick whipping cream. Every single time squirt this runny stuff mess into my washing machine dispenser I get angry again. Also the expense of sending the enormous bottle of what has to be 90% water through the mail was a colossal waste of resources and money. I am going to make a video showing how watery it is. I only buy it for the scent. If I ever find a dupe I will never order it again. I am suspicious it was on purpose to save money and raise the bottom line. Even if it was accidental, shame on them for not have better quality control. No matter how nice it might smell I couldn't give more than 2 stars for scent.

I've used Laundress products for years. Maintains your fabric doesn't over powers with sticky residue. Great quality product.
