My sister in law received this as a Sympathy gift in Florida. It was suppose to arrive the next day but Amazon delivery was late and delivered the following day (delivery's fault). Despite the delay, the 2 dozen Roses were gorgeous and she was so happy. My sister in law was a Florist and knows her flowers 🌹💜❤️💙 great job!!!!

There is no customer service support phone number to reach this company to check on your order 2. You can only email them. 3. I emailed them and they did not respond. 4. You cannot cancel the order once it’s made because they state that “it’s a perishable item and has already begun the shipping process. 5. They claim that you’ll receive a email with tracking… I never received an email with tracking information from the company. Amazon did ensure that I got my delivery and once they arrived the flowers were absolutely beautiful as you can see. I ordered for a friend and she absolutely 💯 loved them. Who wouldn’t love fresh red roses 🌹?

Very impressed, fast service and these are very nice Roses. I did order them for Valentine’s Day and I did the order early to beat the rush but didn’t need to because they were delivered quickly
