I can't believe how well these work! I'm down to 125 lb doing exercise and taking these capsules; I did cut down to one a day because of belly ache, but other than that, I'm very pleased with my regularity and my weight loss, and I feel that these are help ing. They are small enough to be easily taken with water, ease of use there then. They actually do taste faintly of horseradish, but generally just taste like a typical capsule, so kind of papery and no big issue. I guess maybe pain relief is there, other than that, I think they're just relaxing me keep me regular, which would in turn alleviate any pain from feeling full.

So far so good- only been taking them about less than a month. I do notice they help with my "gut health" wonderfully! Slight change of energy - but i think after a few more weeks I should be seeing more benefits! No side effects which is great!

Good product, just make sure that you start taking these at a slow pace (like once a week).

The only difference I see is that I have cramps and diarrhea. I am very disappointed. An unwanted and expensive laxative.
