AudioQuest adapter - RCA male to two RCA female - hard assembly

This AudioQuest adapter is ideal if you have two record players linked to same speakers with the same RCA lead. You put these adapters in the left and right inputs of the pre-amp and they are excellent. Please note you do need 2 adapters and I recommend putting something like a bit of card between the two adapters so they do not physically touch each other.

Well made, solid construction. Good tight fit. I purchased 2 adaptors because my new pre-amp has only 1 set of outputs and I have 2 pwr-amps, bi-wired. Great piece of kit no loss of power sound quality. Would highly recommend.

These are slightly more expensive than wired Y RCA splitters but are worth every penny. You can feel the quality by holding them. Little tip.... Wrap the body of the adaptor in electrical isolation tape as when two of these are plugged in to your device RCA outputs they are touching each other. The tape will insure you get no crossover.

Used to attach subwoofer via two RCA cables to active speaker. Works and sounds a treat.

Used these for a sky box to speakers and the connection on both sides is very snug so they won't slip making them excellent

I bought this to biamp a tannoy centre speaker. This splitter reduced sibilance that had been present with the previous biamp cabling solution. Good quality

It is well built and solid but sadly the design is flawed! If you use two of these for the right and left channels as I had to, they touch each other and it is difficult to connect all the cables(4 cables, if you use two of these) to it. I will recommend and only use a cabled version if I have to use a pair in future. Hope I have conveyed the issue here.

FUNCIONA COMO DEBE

Svolgono egregiamente il compito per cui sono fatti. Li ho usati per replicare i canali side surround in uscita da un preamplificatore in un impianto home theater al fine di usare due coppie di speaker tutti amplificati separatamente. Nessun tipo di problema, tutto funziona alla perfezione. L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è nella carenza di spazio che si crea quando si vanno ad inserire questi adattatori in situazioni come la mia dove nel preamplificatore le prese RCA sono molto vicine tra loro. Un problema che non dipende assolutamente da questi adattatori che tutto sommato sono compatti nei limiti del possibile.
