Low sweetness, but ok
I was expecting a higher potency of sweetness, hence the blend with monk fruit. Also, there is a slight monk fruit aftertaste. I wanted to use it in baking, but with such small quantity and low potency, it wouldn't be very efficient to use.The product is still a good healthy choice though, especially for diabetics
