Premom Sperm Friendly Fertility Lubricant is a game-changer for couples trying to conceive. It’s gentle, water-based, and free from glycerin and parabens perfect for sensitive bodies. The pH balance supports a sperm-friendly environment, and it feels natural and comfortable. Highly recommend for TTC journeys.

Non-irritating and really smooth, I like that it doesn’t get really sticky like other brands. In general it’s the nicest lube I’ve tried, a little goes a long way so the smaller bottle size is plenty — especially if you just want to give it a try. I’m not sure if it was the lubricant, but after TTC for almost a year, I got pregnant on the first cycle we used this!

I thought all the reviews that said people got pregnant the first time trying this product were paid or exaggerations. But I just got my positive pregnancy test today after trying for a year and a half. This was the first cycle I used this.

We switched to this after trying with almond oil. The ingredients looked decent and was fairly affordable compared to some of the other options. I also like that it didn't have sodium benzoate as a preservative. I did get pregnant after first using this, but it may have just been our time. Unfortunately I miscarried, which is no fault of the lube, but after the MC the lube didn't seem to make much difference in whether we were able to conceive again. It works fine, but as others have said, it does dry fast -- we used some water to "reactivate" the slipperiness. Not as much of an issue if you are going straight to the deed, but if your guy needs some "warm up," it can be annoying trying to keep things slick. Anywho... the main reason I felt compelled to review after a year of use is that I recently found out that a woman's cervical fluid changes it's chemistry and pH during ovulation, and decreases the amount of fructose present. This lube contains fructose, so I'm not sure you should be adding more if your body naturally decreases it during that time. I don't know if they thought the spermies would snack on it or what, but seminal fluid already has it's own fructose. To recap: we did get pregnant while using it, but have also taken a while to conceive again using it, and the fructose could mess with your chemistry down there, so it's a toss up.

Did it do its thing? Not sure but I’m now holding my baby that was conceived while using it. Would recommend if you’re TTC.
