These LUCKY HERP 100W reptile heat lamp bulbs have been a dependable choice for our setups and are something we order regularly. They provide consistent heat output and work well as basking bulbs for reptiles and other animals that need a reliable daytime heat source. The bulbs heat up quickly and maintain steady warmth once running. Light output is bright enough for daytime use, and the UVA daylight aspect works well for normal basking behavior. We’ve used them in standard fixtures without issues, and fit has been consistent. Lifespan has been reasonable and consistent across orders, which is important when you’re relying on them daily. Having the two-pack on hand makes replacements easy and helps avoid downtime if a bulb burns out unexpectedly. Overall, these are solid, reliable heat lamp bulbs that do exactly what they’re meant to do. Since they’ve worked well and been consistent over time, they remain a frequent reorder for us.

I've tried multiple different brands of heat bulbs for my Russian tortoises, and this one has been the best by far. Most of the other brands I've found were much more expensive and did not last very long at all. These ones have lasted me about 4-5 months a box (I have two heating lamps for my enclosure) and are overall a price point you can't beat compared to others. Not to mention with other bulbs there have been instances where they had burst and gotten glass in the enclosure (yikes!) Or just arrived broken, whereas I've never had that issue with these bulbs. These are very consistent and I feel comfortable using them for my tortoises. Tldr: Very affordable compared to competitors, very durable and functional, consistent product.

I purchased a small greenhouse from Amazon and use it to house my seedlings while waiting for warmer temperatures that would allow me to plant my crop. The greenhouse works great in daytime but when the sun goes down, the cold comes into the greenhouse in a hurry. The temp inside the greenhouse gets lower than the ambient temperature, so I was moving them inside for every frost warning. I finally bought these bulbs and put one in a clamp light and that solved my problem. It warms the greenhouse up by about 10 degrees which is normally enough to allow me to keep them outside. This saved me a lot of work and t he plants have kept warm enough to avoid any frost.

The LUCKY HERP 2 Pack Reptile Heat Lamp Bulbs 100W (2nd Gen) Basking Light Bulbs are an excellent choice for reptile owners who are looking for a reliable and effective heat source for their pets. As you mentioned, these bulbs work great for your baby ball pythons, and here's why: First of all, the bulbs are made of high-quality materials that are designed to last. They are constructed using a special glass that is resistant to high temperatures, which makes them much more durable than many other bulbs on the market. Additionally, the bulbs have a built-in reflector that helps to focus the heat and light in a specific direction, making them more efficient than other options. One of the standout features of these bulbs is their ability to provide a wide range of temperatures. They are capable of producing a basking spot that ranges from 90-110 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for reptiles that need a hot spot to regulate their body temperature. This range is perfect for baby ball pythons, which require a basking spot of around 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit. The bulbs are also very easy to install. They have a standard E26/E27 screw base that fits most lamp fixtures, and they come with clear instructions that make installation a breeze. Additionally, the bulbs are compatible with a wide range of fixtures, including clamp lamps, dome lamps, and more. Another great thing about these bulbs is their energy efficiency. They use less energy than many other heat lamps on the market, which can save you money on your electricity bill in the long run. Additionally, they produce very little light, which is great for reptiles that require a dark environment to sleep. The LUCKY HERP 2 Pack Reptile Heat Lamp Bulbs 100W (2nd Gen) Basking Light Bulbs are an excellent choice for reptile owners who are looking for a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use heat source for their pets. They are particularly well-suited for baby ball pythons, as they provide the specific temperatures that these snakes require to thrive. If you're in the market for a new heat lamp, these bulbs are definitely worth considering.

I use these for these a supplemental l lighting for my desert tortoise's indoor enclosure. They work well and I find they last about 10 months each when on for about 8 hours every day. I have this light next to two UVA/UVB compact florescence bulbs and a stand alone ceramic heat emitter for full coverage.
