Don’t buy if you are in the UK. This kettle is not suitable for use in the UK unless you buy a very expensive voltage converter. I have made contact, twice, with the seller to get a returns note but not getting any response. It was bought as a gift so only put to use when moved to the new house. Amazon UK should ensure a warning notice is added to the sales info to stop this problem

Beautiful, gift-able (bought one for mom, loved it so much, bought another for myself). Heats quickly and efficiently, love the color, and the water level features. Only negative is that I thought the exterior may be safe/cool to tough during use, but NOT. Hot kettle, beware! If they made this insulated and cool to touch outside it would be perfect. Still love it though.
