Overall, a great buy that’s a great alternative for people who have allergies, problems with “burping” fish or just want to try a healthy source for omega 3, this is your “go to” , especially with the vegan in mind. I take two at night for good health and well being and because it naturally sedates me slightly. To date, I’ve had no problems with the product and there is no stomach discomfort. I recommend this product as a great buy to the health conscious consumer.

I basically got these because I can't stand the fish oil EFA ones. These are great--no worry of fish burps. I have to say they're well made too. They seem to have a sturdy geletan capsule as I haven't had any broken open getting on everything. I'm pleased with these and even though they're a little more pricey than some others I think in this case it's worth it.

I was having a reaction to my regular omega 3 pills. After taking, I started itching all over. I did some research and figured I might be having a reaction to the fish oil so I looked for a vegan alternative and found these. No more itching and I still get my omega 3.

I take this supplement daily, and I believe that you don't need the fish oil and the fish burps that go along with those products. I test my blood quarterly and feel this product works for me, and my Vitamin D levels are also tested with normal results.

Like that there is no fishy taste. Unsure of any positive effect. Eat with breakfast and doesn't upset my stomach.
