Got the Bulk and Post mixes. Seems to help with recovery and has good flavor. Would recommend if you’re looking for a little boost after workouts.

Everyone is different, but this stuff for me is a game changer. I'm a 47 year old man and usually after playing a strenuous game of handball at the gym for an hour and a half I'm sore for the next two days. The next day I had no soreness. Like I said everyone is different but for me it definitely works.

I love the taste of the black cherry post. It mixes easily. There is a definite difference when I use it I feel less sore and I am Much more likely to hydrate after my workout.

black cherry tastes like cough medicine and hurts my stomach, even mixed in cherry juice. would recommend just buying separate unflavored powders of the active ingredients and mixing those.

I LOVE this product but the Strawberry Lemonade flavor continues to go out of stock and the page automatically reverts to the cherry flavor or redirects me to the BCAA Glutamine product which is entirely different and doesn't include beta alanine. Please fix this issue, it makes it impossible to know what Im buying and Amazon customer service is horrendous.
