Leaks really bad

For this amount of money and hype, I would have thought the lid would be at the very least leak proof. Spills water constantly when it just slightly tips sideways. I have to buy extra unbranded accessories off Amazon just to stop it from leaking. Cheaper bottles don’t do this and have tight lids so I’m not sure why this isn’t a must for Stanleys?
