I absolutely love this! I have been making homemade pasta for 2 weeks now. Im gluten free and dairy free, its so hard to find a good texture and pasta in the store. I decide to get this to help with the stress on my stomach. It has five different blades for styles of pasta. I am using the spaghetti and fusilli the most. It does have small and large macaroni and a bucatini noodle as well. It is easy to use, once you make the pasta and it rests you can add it to the well and let it do its thing. Within minutes you have fresh pasta. This press connects to your kitchenaid mixer. Easy yo clean as well. Once dry you can store the pasta plates in the storage case on the top. Comes with instructions, pasta making tips, and recipes for some basic pasta recipes and meals using the pasta recipes.

For at-home chefs who like a little adventure with their carbs I tried this pasta press with my Kitchenaid, and it is very easy to attach and use. When you get the dough recipe right, it presses beautifully and feels surprisingly satisfying to operate. The sturdier shapes come out great and look like something you could proudly pretend came from an Italian grandmother. But the spaghetti and angel hair settings seem to have formed a union and refused to cooperate. No matter what I did, the dough came out too thick and clumpy for those thinner shapes. Maybe it is user error, maybe the attachment knows I cannot be trusted with delicate pasta. Hard to say. Overall, it is fun, it works well for most shapes, and it is absolutely worth it if you like homemade pasta. Just be prepared for a little trial and error and some spaghetti-related self reflection.

This Pasta is not the same as store bought dried in a package. This is a gourmet delight. Its simple to use. You simply make your dough let it set then run it through the machine. It runs easily and quickly. There is simple process to hook it onto your mixer. Clean up is simple as well due to this being a metal attachment. It has many different attachments and you choose which to use according to the style of the pasta you want

Purchase this for my hubby so he could make fresh pasta at home. The pasta maker itself is extremely easy to use. You just pop it right on your kitchenaid mixer in the front like you do any other attachment and off you go. You may need to run your pasta through a few times to get the width you want, but it makes wonderful shapes and sizes. The build of it is extremely well made, metal construction, so it is very durable and will handle lots of pasta making. Very happy with this purchase and excited for all the fresh pasta to come in my life.

I ordered this pasta maker because I wanted to make my own elbow pasta and pastas but apon opening the machine and seeing the attachments it's not what's advertised. The attachments are A LOT different than what's advertised including what most of the reviews show. The elbow noodle attachment is tiny little noodles much smaller then regular albow noodles Wich is not what this product suggest. This product trys to say there's a large elbow noodle attachment but it's just a small version of ziti. The spaghetti attachment is as fine as angel hair not spaghetti. Moral of the story this product is definitely deceptive because multiple of the attachments are not what they were supposed to be. For almost 100$ with shipping and everything I don't recommend it because it is not what you think your gonna get at all and alot of the reviews on here I feel like are being very deceptive to what you actually get from this product and honestly I would consider this product a bit of a scam because it isn't what you think your buying.

It works good but it’s slow to make a bunch of pasta

Disappointing . I love my Kitchen Aid stand Mixer . I have used the Pasta Rollers/Cutters for years . I wanted to make other types of pasta so I ordered this attachment . It’s easy to use but very slow even on high speed . The pasta dough has to be SUPER DRY or it will not work properly . Adding extra flour to the dough to make is very dry is time consuming and makes the pasta Chewy . You can’t control the thickness of the dough . Running the mixer at high speed for over an hour overheats the motor . I returned it and will go back to using my wood pasta boards to make different pasta shapes . It is actually faster than the machine and allows me to control the thickness .
