Purchased for my Aunt loves everything it does.

This thing cleans grout better than anything I have ever used, It is well worth the price if all you use it for is cleaning grout. It is very easy to use ,and it also did a great job on my tile floor.

It worked well. Got my couch’s armrest pretty clean. I disliked how the nozzle didn’t lock in place. It turns a bit which makes getting the job done a bit more challenging. The steam quality is great. There was slight leakage but nothing too worrisome.

This is my first steam cleaner purchase and was very impressed. I started cleaning the grouting in the kitchen and it worked great. It is very easy to use, I love the lock mechanism so I don’t have to keep my finger on the trigger. Also I have to remind my husband not to put too much pressure on the extension poles and just let the steam do the work. Used it on the couch which is still under warranty so using chemicals is out of the question, this got out so many caked on sauce stains. I can’t wait to use this on the carpet and cat beds. It does seem dainty, but so far has worked really well for me. There are so many attachments, I can’t wait to use them all

after only five uses the machine has almost stopped emitting steam and now it's been over 30 days it's been eight months and only five times and it's not working properly, it's like a disposable item use it a few times and just throw it away. trying to get Thane to honor the one year limited warranty and have tried reaching out just to have it they want your question in a certain format and if I don't follow the instructions the company will not consider or even respond to my concerns. not worth the money I would have rather bought a Bissell crosswave
