I wanted something gentle to sip during workdays that might help with mental clarity, especially in the afternoons when focus tends to dip. The taste is very mild and earthy on its own, but I like to steep it with peppermint or lemon balm for a little more flavor. After about a week of drinking it daily, I noticed I wasn’t as foggy or scattered. It’s not a dramatic overnight change, but it feels like a slow and steady support that adds up. I’ll definitely be keeping this in my tea rotation.

Love the tea bags are silk and hold up when steeping. The flavor is okay but I add honey to my tea on a regular basis so the taste is sweeter. I bought the Ginkgo Biloba flavor to help with memory and tinnitus and have only used it for 2 weeks, so the jury is still out on if it is helping. I will most likely purchase again as I was happy with the packaging and quality.

Love it! Tastes great too! Memory improvements noted. I have not been consistent in taking it but l want to think it works better if you consistently drink it.
