I bought this toner after seeing someone rave about mandelic acid on TikTok. I got sensitive skin that freaks out easily, so i was a little nervous. It's super gentle. No burning, no weird tingling, just a nice clean feel. I use it most nights, and my skin has been looking way smoother. Those tiny bumps on my cheeks and forehead are pretty much gone. I would honestly recommend anyone to try it. Also, if you have acne-prone skin after using this and your moisturizer, use Differin gel acne treatment, preferably at night.

Chemical smell and really harsh on the skin. Mendelic acid is supposed to be the gentler of the acids and my face was stinging from first use!

If your skin is used to daily use of chemical exfoliation like with a retinol I say it’s okay to use this 3 or more times a week and then build up to everyday DO NOT apply this on damp skin should be on dry skin I have found that on damp skin it makes your skin tingle and burn I have done this once and although I have sensitive skin and it did make my skin feel irritated after applying I did not wake up with any rash or any irritation of some kind not even breakouts! It is made for sensitive skin now I have combination/oily skin and I have had dermatitis from use of Ahas in the past but this product is gentle on the skin I would say results do come quicker when you use it more than 3 times although your skin should be given time to get used to it. I also have found that pairing this and using other ingredients like nicinimide in the day helped clear a lot of my texture/ scarring and active acne I now only have PIH which this product has helped reduce around 40% of it in the last 2 weeks of using it almost everyday. I say give it chance if you haven’t tried mandelic acid in the past.
