Owls (National Geographic Kids Readers, Level 1)

"National Geographic Readers: Owls" is such a great first reader book! It's packed with awesome pictures of owls in their natural homes, which are super colorful and really make you feel like you're there. The writing is easy to understand, perfect for kids who want to learn about how owls hunt, where they live, and what makes them unique. My kid absolutely loves it and keeps telling me all these cool owl facts they've learned. It's definitely a must-have if your kid loves animals and wants to dive into the wild world of owls!

We did a project on owls; this book was very helpful, graphic, & full of information.

I ordered this for my son who is obsessed with owls. The book is thinner than I expected, but very detailed with great, clear pictures. It's great for kids learning to read as the sentences are simple with common words. You'll learn a ton about owls, too. 10/10

This book is awesome! My son has an obsession with owls, so I got him this to look through. He loves sitting with me while I read it to him and he points at all the pictures. This is definitely a great buy for young kids who are learning about owls in school, or just show an interest in them. The pictures are all of real owls and they’re very good quality photos.

Grandbabies read for hours

This is a good book but I really wish it mentioned anything at all about owl pellets. I bought it with our pallets as part of a lesson and it didn’t even mention them once...

Who doesn't love wildlife! We enjoy birding with our grandchildren. We recently went on an owling walk with our local Bird Sanctuary. Owl book was a Christmas Gift. Lots of information and pictures of owls. National Geographic books are excellent.

There is an owl in a tree close to our 4 year old grandson's bedroom window. He was fascinated with this book! These books have been accurately rated for each level our grandboys have been reading. They love the illustrations, photos, stories and easily memorize the facts. Highly recommend! Oh - and just the right length for the younger reader.
