A nice little over toilet storage cabinet.
Prior to purchasing I thoroughly read the reviews, mainly the bad reviews. While I didn't encounter the vast majority of the issues others encountered, I did take note of one issue. One customer noted, how do you install the cabinet with the water supply in the way? I thoroughly measured my commode dimensions to ensure the cabinet fit the toilet, including ensuring it didn't extend beyond the toilet by any measurable amount. So, in order to install the cabinet, it would be a two-part process for me. I completed Step 3 & Step 5 in position. This way, the question of how to install the cabinet with the water supply in the way was resolved, but it didn't mean things didn't move around before it was completed. Once the base was in place, I completed Steps 1 & 2, Step 4, Step 6 - 9, and Step 14. With the top completed, I completed part of Step 15 by drilling the anchor holes and inserting the plastic anchors. Once this was finished, I took the toilet tank top off, so I had access to the cam locks in the front and rear F pieces, then completed Step 10. With Step 10 completed, I finished Step 15, then finished the project with Step 11 -13. Due to the floor, the cabinet is in the stable position, not the upright position. It's a minor difference, but it's an issue with the floor, not the cabinet. The cabinet was surprisingly lightweight. This made moving the parts and pieces easy, but this appears to be a pressed paper product. It's not particle board, which accounts for its lightweight. In general, the paint quality was fine. There were rough edges around the holes in some cases but hidden. If this didn't work with how I wanted to use the space available, I wouldn't have purchased the cabinet. So, its storage capacity and my ability to organize it was well understood prior to purchase. In my situation, I researched this purchase almost as much as and in as much detail as any I've made here on Amazon or anywhere else. Pulling out the measuring tape and verifying that an item fit is better than any picture or hope one might have. For all the issues that some have had with wrong or missing parts, I found this was a really well put together product though my one complaint is that the cam locks aren't really cam locks. I mean, there's no locking to them. A real cam lock locks the cam bolt in. With enough vibration these cam locks will loosen up.

Good quality, one person can assemble it, it has extra pieces just in case and glass doors
This is a nice solid over the toilet cabinet. I like how it was easy to build (I took my time, took about a hour. The glass windows make it look very nice. It comes with extra parts in case you lose screws and stuff. and it secures to the wall so it wont fall on you. PROS: it's solid, it looks nice, assembly is easy CONS: You will need help since you have to lift it over the tank to install it (I suppose you could not put on the bottom bar and slide it in but I don't recommend that). The security screws and brackets for the top that you need to drill in the wall are too small in my opinion. I had bigger ones so I used those and you NEED to use them as the cabinet tilts every time you open the door without them stuck in the wall. Overall this was worth the extra mone y even though it was particle board, than the "name brand retailers brands that are never in stock" and it has a window. I use the very top to store the TP so it's out of the way and then the odds and ends in that that dont go in the main medicine cabinet. I bet it would look good in black too but again, I went with white and i'm happy.

Lego style instructions
Overall this is a decent item for the price. It was easy enough to put together, with good drawings and directions. If you can put together a Lego kit, this should be fine too. The instructions are similar. Couple snags I ran into—the board that’s supposed to fit behind the toilet didn’t fit because it was too thick to slide between the toilet and wall, so I had to take it off to get it down and then reassemble. It would be better if they redesigned it so that was the last piece to go on and could be screwed in from the side. A screw broke during this process because they were already in place, so there’s only holding it together there. The other snag is one of the doors is a tad higher than the other. Not a big deal, but it happened because I didn’t know the bumps that fit the doors into place were actually springs and had a hard time getting them into the groove and one fell out and didn’t go back in exactly the same. Not a big deal but something to be aware off. A couple places where the white part was chipped but I bought an open box so didn’t expect perfection. Most of the problems were due to my lack of experience and practice putting these types of things together. I’m a middle aged woman and assembled it solo in about one hours time.

Nice and does the job well
Easy to build, more than enough hardware. The cabinet door design is easy and effective. Looking good in the kids bathroom and now the sink won't be cluttered.

It's an okay product doesn't have any options where the anchor goes to attach it to the wall
