Tastes ok but doesn't help with dry mouth from medications and don't know if I can return or not?

I like the value, taste, and functionality, that is, the spray bottle doesn’t leak with use. Compared to Biotene brand that’s expensive, strong flavor, and a spray bottle that continually leaks, I’d fyi with Spry always.

I have Sjögren’s syndrome, so I suffer from severe, chronic dry mouth, sometimes so much so, even talking is difficult. I also work on the phone all day (which is drying on its own), and there’s some times I don’t really have time to take a drink, but I need some moisture, stat! This spray is very moisturizing, and has a very thin consistency, almost like water (or saliva!). I took a picture of it sprayed on my hand to show. In the past, I’ve tried a bunch of other products advertised for dry mouth, but they all had a thick texture like glycerin, and I can’t stand how those feel, so I was pleasantly surprised by how thin this one was. I was also worried about the mint, as I don’t like it intense/burning, but the mint is really mild! I think this is all-around a really great spray. It might not ‘last’ as long as a thick glycerin spray, but it still has glycerin and also aloe in it, so it does last longer than water. There’s been a few times recently when I was stuck in a long line and couldn’t get away to get a drink and having this on hand really saved me! It would nice that this had both the full size and travel size.

This is a great mouth freshener and adds moisture as well. Xylitol is so good for our teeth.

I bought both the spray and the breath mints to prevent waking up from using my CPAP with a desert-dry mouth. I tried the spray, which some people love, but prefer sucking on a couple of SPRY mints instead. The mints' shape stimulates saliva production. (Remember the old Scout trick of sucking on a pebble on a hike to slake your thirst?) My dental hygienist recommended SPRY to me in any form. The Xylitol, in the bargain, prevents tooth decay. Yay!

Very good product with a mild, silky feel to it. I have to reapply more often than what is advertised which is okay, as the taste is nice and not overpowering. It’s fairly effective for dryness but takes more squirts to make a difference. I will order again.
