Udisons reached out TO ME concerning recent *possible* shipping of broken glasses. I was near I shock as I actually had received one glass which was broken. Not being someone who wishes to whine much, especially considering Amazon's policy to have manufacturers send an entire new set free of charge - I had decided to simply live with it. I had even bought another set after the first to supplement the loss. But Udisons representatives reached out first, without my saying anything at all, and offered to replace any broken glasses - which they did! I am writing this review because, never, in my entire Amazon shopping experience - have I been met with such a proactive and concerned customer service experience. Beyond this, I am very pleased with this product. For the price point - it is an excellent and elegant design which I am proud to offer my guests. If I had any critique it would be to move/hide, or improve the laser etched the text logo at the bottom of the glass. The product is so elegant and enjoyable in design, I feel it retracts, if ever-so-slightly, from the overall product experience. Other than that, I hope any reader of this review understands that this company is TRULY committed to customer satisfaction. And as well we all know, in this day and age - that is always good buy. Glasses arrived unbroken, the size is excellent, lightweight and makes that beautiful crystal humm. Will probably end up getting another set for when we have company.

Light and delicate glass, but doesn’t feel cheap. Seamless and elegant.

These are nice. A little more angled than I had imagined but they still feel good in my hand. The size is HUGE and can be misleading 😅 Very durable so far!

I review wines professionally. I have personally tried well over 100 different styles and brands of wine glasses. I currently use everything from an $8 glass purchased at Crate & Barrel to a $100 glass from Josephine, and everything in between. This set of six from Luna & Mantha is lovely to look at, practical to drink from and the best overall value (for a set of six) I've ever found.

The review will only allow one video, so I've attached the video of the most common issue. Of the set of 6 that I ordered, 4 have pretty visible defects. Most common is the visible air bubbles and indents on the sides of the glass. You can see in the photos and video where they are because the light warps around it, but it's hard to capture on camera. Three of the six glasses have these. One is so bad that if you run you finger over the spot you can actually feel the indent and it almost feels like a chip. As show in another photo, the bottoms of two glasses have visible ridges where the glass connects to the stem, and they feel like ripples to the touch. They look like wet spots, but the glasses are dry. This makes me wonder if there was a defect and an attempt to correct it, and makes me worry about the integrity of the glass during use. I purchased these as a gift, and while these may seem like small issues I'm disappointed that there are obvious physical issues with almost every glass in the set. The two glasses without issues are actually quite nice, and once polished are very clear and have a beautiful ring to them when they touch. With better quality control this could be a very nice set.
