Great Entry Level Leverless Controller For A Great Price!
TL;DR: This is a great entry level 16 button leverless/hitbox style controller for fighting games like Tekken, Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, and Mortal Kombat. Well built and extremely customizable while also being fairly priced. Cosmox-Haute42 delivers with another great 16-button lever-less controller that's both well built and sold at a decent price. The U16 is another GP2040 Raspberry PI gamepad that allows you to fine tweak and customize the controller to your liking. The controller comes with [15] 2.06cm and [1] 2.58cm buttons which are all re-mappable, allowing you to play in a style most comfortable to you. All the button switches and keycaps are hot swappable and the controllers comes with a screwdriver to remove the hard plastic plexiglass cover along with switch puller to safely remove your key switches. NOTICE: for consoles like the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and the Nintendo Switch you will need a controller converter to use. These converters will usually be an extra $20-$50 on top of purchasing the controller. Cosmox-Haute42 sells the Booter5, Mayflash sells the MagicBoots Adapter, Magic-S PRO 2, and the Magic NS, and Brook sells the Wingman FGC Converter. Make sure you research which one works best for your console before you purchase one! Pros: -Great price -16 re-mappable buttons -Quick-swap paper art for user customization (controller even comes with 4 extra paper covers, two blank DIY papers and two with art designs) -Large length and width for comfortable lap play while also having a small height for easy storage (shelf, drawers, file organizers, backpack travel, etc...) -Customizable button LEDs -Lightweight Cons: -Does not work natively (plug and play) for consoles, will need a converter -Mainly plastic case & shell build, feels less well put together than other leverless controllers like the Victrix Pro KO, the Razer Kitsune, the Hitbox, and Cosmox-Haute42's own M-series controllers -Plastic plexiglass cover leaves visible hand marks from hand sweat -No Bluetooth connection, which may make couch play difficult All in all, I would highly recommend this controller for anyone looking to level up their gameplay in fighting games. It is decently built, highly customizable, comfortable to play with at a great price.

Retro-Fun in a solid, user-friendly package at an affordable price!!!
So overall I like this, it's a lot of fun especially for a game night with friends for platforming and other similar styles of games. I ended up deciding to put it on my MAME cabinet for a bit to see how it handles and overall it's a VERY nice game pad. Of note: The buttons aren't ACTUALLY arcade-style switches. They're close, DARNED close (and perhaps I'm mistaken, but they're not the style of switch I'm used to as a child of the 80's at least) but they ARE freakin' HOT-SWAPPABLE and they include a tool to do so! They even include a few extra 'graffiti pads' that are overlays so you can make control-schema layouts, or you can just make your own design, whatever you like! Plug and play absolutely a breeze. Remapping keys? No prob. Only thing I need from these guys is a joystick. Matter of fact, Sehawei is one of the VERY VERY few companies I've decided to follow on Amazon, and they MAY actually be the first I've followed as a Vine user. I've gushed enough about this for now. Needless to say, if you're at all interested in it, go for it. You'll love it. My only complaint is that they don't make a joystick yet!!! Seriously tho', I'm RAVING about this because it's just been so much fun, especially retro-gaming on my Steam Deck! Dear Sehawei, Plz snd joystick asap.

Leverless curious? Try this bad boy out!
The Haute42 U16 is a great budget leverless controller. Buttons feel great and are responsive. If you want to try a leverless controller to see if it’s for you then this model would serve that purpose well. Just be aware that if you plan on playing on a PlayStation 5 you will also need something like a Brook adapter. If you want to get a full in-depth review you can find those on YouTube.

Great entry leverless stick
This is my first leverless fight stick, right off the bat I noticed this one has 4 more buttons than the average leverless, 2 of these can be remapped. If you don't want to drag your fingers far or you prefer a different finger placement these 2 remappable buttons are a nice option. The size of the stick overall is comparable to most lever sticks so switching over isn't much of a hassle, there is a weight difference though. At first I thought the tiny LED screen would be useless, but I find the input reader to be a quick and easy way to gauge if your buttons are responding right away. I know Sehawei has other sticks with screens that can be changed into custom images but I'm not sure this model is capable of doing that. This stick comes with additional skins to place underneath the clear screen. Personally, I'm not a fan of the 2 designed skins, the stick looks great without one. You also get some stickers. The RGB customization options are nice but can be a bit confusing to go through, also incredibly long if you wish to give each button a different response color when clicked. This stick worked right out of the box on PC and each button was responsive. If you want to get into leverless I think this is a nice entry stick that won't break the bank.

Great build quality and quite pretty programmable button mashing pad
The made a lot of good decisions when designing this game button pad. It can be used with Nintendo Switch, Sony PS3, PS4 and PS4 games on PS5 Consoles. There is a web-based configurator if you need something else. The fit and finish are very good. The button mashing "travel" distance is very satisfying and gives the right amount of bounce. The LEDs are a nice addition and I didn't find them distracting at all, just a nice extra. There are 4 included overlays, including 2 basic white versions for customization. If you are looking for a well made, attractive and configurable gae button mashing pad, this is a very good one. It has the quality and heft of old school arcade game controls.

works great, buttons are slightly mini but are stable and feel nice
This U16 leverless fightpad is pretty awesome. I've been using it for games like hollow knight, Mario, guacamelee, really anything that operates on a 2d plane which makes me think this could actually been a really fun way to play stardew valley too This thing is really neat and I'm loving it. Make sure to keep your paperwork so you know how to switch operating modes. You can change the how the arrow keys work/what they mimic be it left stick, d pad, or right stick. It also works for PC and switch but this only works in wired mode so It kinda sucks for switch IMO unless you got a really long chord and no kids to trip over said cord. Its perfect for at the desk tough. I think the entire thing is made from plastic? It's not the most sturdy thing ever but I have no fear of it breaking. The additional face graphic mats are a nice touch. I cut up my user manual and placed it under the clear acrylic top sheet so the instructions and controls could be access easily and never be lost. Very fun product, it would make a great gift for many gamers out there.

I received this item as part of the Amazon Vine program. Pros well made easy to install easy to use easy to learn and master Cons, nonstandard buttons Overall, 4/5 This pad is okay. It is well made and well packaged. The install/connect process is easy, just follow the included instructions. The buttons are very different from normal arcade machines' and unfortunately, they just can't emulate the real thing, but they do work without any issue. After adjusting the feeling and the initial learning curve, I think this is a fine pad. It would be 100% better if this pad actually uses real arcade buttons.
