We followed the directions and it worked well. The description was accurate. It was easy to use. It is well made. We paid for expedited delivery and it arrived the next day. Overall a great experience.

This light helped prevent part two of a nightmare. I had moved cross country to a home that had black mold and bedbugs and a whole slew of problems. It was so bad I had to move within two months to another place. I steam cleaned and washed every item upon exit. I got this light as a just in case. It efficiently killed what I had missed. The ozone smell was so powerful that I had to block the bottom of the doors in the rooms where I used it on the one hour setting. It took two days to air out the rooms after use but it seems to have worked as I found dead bugs afterward. I have used it 3 full times now without any issues. I’ll check back if I do.

Product does appear to work & kills bed bugs. However, my first unit only worked twice and it was a little difficult to get it exchanged. I ended up with a refund. But I bought two more and they worked like a champ and are still going. Very pleased. It is possible that you should not touch the light when installing it in the halo but wear gloves or use a tissue or paper towel when installing it.

I followed the instructions completely. I turned it on while I was out of the room via the included remote and set the timer to 60 minutes. After the timer was done and the machine shut off, I went into the room to ventilate it and covered my mouth and nose. I opened the windows and even used a fan to help ventilate the room. After 4 hours, the smell was still so strong that I had to ventilate the room overnight! It puts out a lot of ozone and has caused me to have a lingering headache and I've been feeling very ill. I had to have my son sleep in a completely different room and far away from his room because of the strong ozone smell hours after using this machine and ventilating the room. It's been over 24 hours and it still has the lingering smell. Everyone in my household has been feeling ill ever since this product was used and no one was ill prior to using it. Had no choice but to send it back for a refund. Our help and we'll being is more important to me than keeping this product. Even after unplugging this product and it sitting unused for hours, it still has the strong ozone odor pouring off of it. If you get this product, be sure to vacate your home completely for a few days and ventilate your home for a few days as well to get the odor out completely or you may start feeling the negative effects of it as well. If I would've known about these side effects of this product ahead of time, I never would've bought it.

Cleans exactly as stated. You can smell the difference. My ducts seem to be working better after usage. I clean weekly around the house with this.

that would become a very expensive thing. don’t need my House burning down your controller. Remote is not a good one as statistically. It burns out the batteries really quick after three tries separate. I was par 15 minutes. A half hour to an hour went to use another room for another half hour only find out it would not go on Every time I hit the clicker and the clicker to get very hot in my hand to find out the reason why is because it got very hot it burnt my battery the stupid thing here your review won’t let me send it through so it’s kind of making me mad. order three more that have not yet arrived, but will be returning them and so I don’t see the point of having something or giving it away to somebody to find out their whole Dan later on because the remote gets way too hot batteries inside get very hot and start to melt off the label Duracell.

This UV-C light is undoubtedly powerful enough to kill small insects. We have a possible bed bug infestation in one bedroom. We turned the light on for 15 minutes in that bedroom. When we went back into the room, we found hundreds of dead bugs on top of the bed--little reddish black ones about 5 mm in size. The only problem so far is that bugs have to be in direct line of sight of the UV-C light to be killed. This will require moving the light around, stripping bed sheets, flipping the mattress and box springs, and doing several more treatments at various places in the room. DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF TO THE UV-C LIGHT! It can cause severe skin burns and eye injury. Assembly was less than 2 minutes with no tools required: [1] pop the light into the base; [2] pop the U-shaped light guard/holder into the base. Be careful on step 2 to ensure that the depression in the middle-inside of the 'U' is over the top of the light before pushing the U-shaped piece fully into the two holes for it in the base. So far, after two or three hours of being powered on, we have not had a problem with the remote not working, the remote getting hot, the light failing to turn on, or the light failing to turn off at the end of the selected treatment period. We've got two months to return it, so we'll keep using it frequently to ensure we didn't get a lemon like some reviewers apparently did.

This one is the one! I had written a reveiw that was linger than allowed. Basically I bought a different one that worked 3 times so sent it back stepped up to this one ( best reveiws) and will by another. Along with the surgeon I feel it has saved my girls Life literally unsurpassed quality and it works from IV antibiotics that would eventually quit working to a much milder non IV type with positive prognosis from life on heavy duty to milder and possible even milder In less tha 4 months. 1 yr of fear Cleared up in 4 months. House has less pet hair feels cleaner smells better and has transformed a grave diagnosis to positive prognosis. The value , quality and legitimacy Make this the ONLY choice I would put one in every room but haven't needed to. Just for the visual benefits less dust dog hair pet smell. Let alone potentially saving a loved one life. Search no further remote works from nearly any room easy to set it and forget it Value is unsurpassed the best doesnt always have to cost more
