Love this product! Took a chance to support a small business. Glad I did! I’m a home baker and prepared icing for a cookie decorating station at a 3 yo large birthday party. I followed the easy instructions on the pouch back and everything was perfect! No odd taste, no lumps, no issues. I used the entire package for 150 cookies, and there was plenty—I could have made only 3 batches instead of 4. (The photo only captures a small number of the bags). Highly recommend!

I needed meringue powder that was gluten-free to make engagement cookies for our daughter with celiac, and this fit the bill.
