The formula of this lip product is amazing!! I thought because it's a twist up that it would be too messy, but it actually applies beautifully. Very glossy, but also has a thicker balm feeling to the lips that feels more nourishing. The color is gorgeous, and you actually get good color pay off when applied to the lips. It does have a slight tingly sensation but very minimal and doesn't feel excessive.The balm lasts for a long time on the lips without fading, and you don't need a ton of product either.One thing to note is that this is a twist up click style applicator so be careful about clicking too many times because it does not go back down.

I have a ton of these pen-style balms from various brands, but I love Milani and enjoyed giving this a try! While this offers a nice subtle tint on the lips and does a great job hydrating like a balm, I did not really notice any plumping benefits from this. It is really enjoyable to use and doesn’t have any negative elements that I could share, but not sure if it should be classified as a plumper. Makes your lips look great either way!

I wondered if the color I chose (truffle) would be a bit too dark for my medium complexion, but once applied it’s lighter than the product picture. I love a good brown based lipstick/gloss, and the color of this one is quite nice. It is indeed glossy, but it kind of errs on the side of sticky which I find unpleasant. After application my lips tingled just the tiniest bit, much less than with other lip plumpers I’ve tried. Sadly, the results for me were pretty anticlimactic. I didn’t see any plumping at all. As I’ve reached middle age, I’ve noticed my lips have thinned a bit which makes me sad. A really good lip plumping product seems to help a bit, but in my experience, little or no tingling means little to no plumping effect. This product is no exception. The color is pretty, but I think I’ll keep looking for a product that has more plumping power.

I'm quite happy with Milani Keep It Full Glossy Plumping Balm. The color (I ordered 140 Moi) is true to the display. It's very slightly sticky, but I apply a clear lip oil over this product which seems to negate the stickiness. I can feel a tiny bit of coolness or tingle when using this product - it's not anywhere near as strong as some plumping products (including that one that makes your lips feel like they're on fire). Color seems to last well and it's currently at a decent price point of just under thirteen dollars.

I love this plumping lip gloss. The color is beautiful, and it does have some plumping--I can feel it working as soon as I put it on. The color is more sheer, but it's lovely and has some good staying power. It is a bit sticky on the lips, but it's very moisturizing and makes my lips look and feel fabulous!

Milani Keep It Full Glossy Plumping balm 140 Moi. Vegan, cruelty free, and made in Korea. Expiration date 7/2027, a little under 2 year out. This arrived wrapped up in a plastic baggie.Since this is basically a tinted lip balm, I wish it came in a lip balm-type container. I have to spin/click the bottom wheel a LOT just to get a little bit of product up. The packaging and promo pics online are misleading, imo. Consistency-wise it almost ‘appears’ to be a cross between a plumping gloss and a lipstick. But in person, this is just a sheer balm. Even the swatch on my arm(multiple passes) is hardly visible. I wish it were much more opaque, but it does look pretty and natural and true-to-color on my lips. I didn’t notice any tingling or plumping at all.As for wear, it’s lightweight and a little hydrating. It didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I wish it were more juicy and moisturizing like the pictures, but it is what it is. It did remain a bit sticky, fyi. I think I’m mostly let-down because I’ve had good experiences with Milani products in the past. This one misses the mark. Seriously, I had a drugstore(Covergirl) tinted limp balm that had better color payoff than this!

Milani Keep It Full Glossy Plumping, Spice, can add a hint of color while delicately plumping up your pout. The 0.074 ounce tube requires multiple turns in order to be able to access the product. It glided across my lips effortlessly and left a sheer color that was not as dark as I had hoped for while it had a sticky texture. When worn, I felt a faint tingle while it added a subtle and natural plump to my lips along with a complimenting shine. The gloss did not last very long and needed to be reapplied after drinking. It is Made in Korea. It is a hydrating balm with a sheer color that can plump up your lips softly. I just wish that the color was bolder and that it did not require constant reapplication.

I like the sheer rosy color, and it definitely makes my lips look more plump and more hydrated than before. In fact, its plumping effect starts working right away. There is a very pleasant tingling sensation that kicks in as soon as I apply a thin layer on my lips.The lip balm has a very soothing sensation, suitable for cracked lips.
