I really love these earbuds. Open air buds are so much more comfortable to me and I like being able to hear what's going on around me. These are super cool with the ability to add the mic boom just like their G9 product. But I like that you can choose which side to add them to. Both buds have the magnetic connector for the boom. My husband tells me the audio quality sounds just fine on the other end of a phone call. They're easy to charge by just placing them back in their case and the battery on the case lasts FOREVER. The ONLY thing that's a bit wonky is the volume is slightly lower on the left ear bud. I got a second pair and its the same. I tested it with a decibal tester and lathe left is noticeably lower volume but not enough to make me throw them out the window. I love everything else about these enough that they are my new go to. The other products are also great. I've tried the G2(my other favorite for recording voice notes), G9 (my other favorite for chill listening) , and G3 (My other favorite with the physical mute button for Zoom calls). All of these others are connected at the back, which makes them a tad less comfortable to lean back and chill against a couch or pillow. The A2 are separate buds so they're comfortable anywhere. Sure, all of these products mentioned aren't the highest of toppest quality out there like $300 Bose and whatnot, but for the incredible price, these are my favorite listening and casual conversation products.

I ordered and received the Air01 the other week. Got them in 3 days which is always nice. Sound quality is good, they look nice, and the battery life is good. I like the number display on the case. I needed some earbuds that didn't completely block noise around me and these serve that purpose. I only had 2 issues. Issue 1, the shape of the earbuds vs the shape of my ear make it uncomfortable for extended wear. It's a personal issue, and you may have a better experience. Issue 2, the right earbud had some minor electronic noise(some clicks and some feed back). The seller was more than happy to replace them. My dealings with this seller have been nothing short of fantastic. This is my second purchase from them, and I would gladly purchase from them again. I really enjoy the other item I purchased. Overall, If you are looking for this type of earbud (outside/over the ear), I would recommend you give these a try.

Overall a great headset. Easy to use and set up. Sound is great for music and training videos. Call sounds quality could be a bit better. I like having the option to use the boom Mike or let it off. Range connection to my laptop is good also. I can get up and do tasks in my office and warehouse without losing connection.

I enjoyed the design and call quality of these headphones, but the volume is way too low. I am constantly in loud vehicles and a loud Warehouse and all my previous open-ear headphones have worked perfectly fine. I never expected to purchase a headphone that is this quiet. I can barely hear people in a quiet car.

The A2 headset is the most lightweight and comfortable communication headset I've worn yet. There is some getting used to it resting on the top of the ear, but I can hardly feel that I'm wearing them sometimes. Phone calls and online chats are easy and my voice comes through clearly. It is possible to interchange which side the microphone is attached, and you can also wear only one earpiece instead of both (doubling the battery life, but lifespan is already amazing). Audio quality is the weakest part of the headset, however it's really not a problem for phone calls. My voice comes through and I can hear people clearly. I however would never listen to music on these. The second weakest part is there's only 2 MFBs in total (multifunction button), one on each earpiece. Wearing only one earpiece limits what actions you can perform, and the MFB takes practice to know how long to press for functions such as adjusting the volume a little instead of a lot. Best to use the smart device to adjust volume and other controls. The other bonuses about the A2 headset are that it doesn't have the behind-the-head band and the case the A2 comes in is durable and well organized. Leaning back into a chair is comfortable because there's no behind-the-head band. Travel and keeping the desk clean is easy because the headset pieces magnetically situate themselves back into the case. (The case is how they recharge, so don't misplace it). Though I would have loved to have better audio quality, I'm going to give it a 5/5 because it does what it's designed to do: make phone calls, be lightweight, and be organized.

When they work which is a struggle. The sound is great and battery is long lasting. Comfortable in my ears. Understanding how to get them to work is a struggle, mostly because the instructions are correct but it doesn’t always work. Possibly touch sensitivity is the problem as you control it through touch on the ear pieces.

I work from home 3 days a week and in office 2 days. I tried using them at home and had a terrible time hearing with the volume in high. Wanted to love them because they were comfortable but the volume is the reason I will be sending them back

I’m correcting my review. After isolating a bad wall wart and wrong charging cable, I have this device working 100%! The case is small, secure, and easy to carry. The case recharges the device multiple times before reconnecting to the charger. The sound quality is sufficent. The microphone works well and can be placed on either ear. I wonder if the high number of returns could be due to issues I encountered, and overcame, by reading the fine manual, and checking the cable and charger. (I used equipment on hand, the USB cable and charger I grabbed off the shelf did not meet product standards. Those were user error on my part.) So I say try it!

The Air01 True Wireless Earbuds are a really nice piece of work. They hook over each ear and are very comfortable to wear. There were times I forgot I was even wearing them. They are very secure on your ears and won't move around while exercising. The clam shell case it comes with is sleek and elegant with a handy battery display on the front. Bluetooth connection is flawlessly easy on phone, computer or tablet. Only one device can connect to it unlike the G9 model from the same company that can connect two different devices. Connection distance of 10 meters or 30 feet is accurate. Go beyond that and you are disconnected. When you go back into range you are reconnected to your device. Sound quality is amazing for this device. Phone, web, internet chat is clear and crisp. Audio for music is really nice and has enough base for most users. The microphone picks up my voice really well and no issues from listeners on the receiving end of a call. Unfortunately no mute feature on the earbuds Touch commands took a little time getting used to and memorizing but overall it's very easy to use and not at all difficult to apply. However, if you are listening to music, video etc. and access your voice assistant the music will stop. When you're done with your voice assistant you'll have to manually play your music, video etc. A minor detail at this point. These are exceptional earbuds and I find myself wearing them often for music listening but also use them for calls. Love my Air01 earbuds. I only received these today and so far they are impressive as the sound is good, the charging case is beautifully made and easy to use as it has a digital display showing charging levels. have also been able to connect to two devices at the same time, my phone and my laptop. The calls work and making and receiving calls is easy. This was my wishlist, basically, so it is a result. Now I need some time to use these, fingers crossed!
