Die Pfanne ist super! Man erhält prima Bratergebnisse, ganz ohne Anpappen oder Festbraten am Pfannenboden. Die Hitzeverteilung und das Aufheizen sind optimal. Es geht super schnell und der gesamte Boden von der Mitte bis zum Rand braten gleichmäßig und sehr gut. Öl / Fett braucht man nur sehr, sehr wenig (wenn überhaupt). Spiegeleier, Fleisch oder Gemüse zum Beispiel werden perfekt! Toll ist auch die angenehme Höhe der Schmorpfanne. So lassen sich auch größere Mengen schön braten und wenden. Nicht geeignet ist sie für den Backofen. Dafür steht die Pfanne aber „plan“ auf dem Induktionsfeld und verbiegt oder hebt sich nicht beim Braten mit höherer Temperatur. In die Spülmaschine darf sie zwar nicht, aber die Pfanne ist wirklich fix per Hand zu spülen und wird 100% sauber! Zudem finde ich persönlich den Pfannengriff sehr handlich und griffig. Nur der Ausguss der Pfanne ist für mich gefühlt auf der falschen Seite angebracht. Aber immerhin gibt es einen Ausguss, was schon recht praktisch ist. Alles in allem war diese Pfanne die beste Wahl und ich werde mir zeitnah noch eine weitere (kleinere) Pfanne der Marke kaufen! Absolute Empfehlung. Topp!!!

Was looking for a replacement for me pan, which had the “non stick” pealing off it. I couldn’t be happier with this pan. My other pan would hav food sticking to it and burning. This pan wonderful! The food does not stick and I love knowing I am not going me and my kids harmful chemicals. It take a bit longer for the pan to heat up, but only by a minute or two. I think because the sides are a bit deeper it takes a moment to warm but. That also means I do not have to worry about things splashing out because it holds more. I love the charcoal grey color and the wood handle are a great color combo. All in all LOVE this pan! I cannot wait to buy my next one!

We've had these for six months and use them all the time - and they appear to be non-stick as the day we bought them. I like the glass like, especially with the hole that lets out steam and prevent boiling over. We like the first one enough that we bought another of a different size. It does cook evenly and has a decent thickness.

This is the 2nd pan we have ordered like this. They are so nice and heavy duty. Food seems to cook evenly.
