Okay so they’re a little sketchy because the powder in the supplement isn’t filled tightly to the brim but they have seriously helped regulate my periods the first bottle didn’t do much because you have to let it adjust into your system but I’ve been taking them I wanna say for half a year now maybe longer and I’ve been taking them 3 times a day and my periods have been a lot more regular I’m not saying it’ll be the same for everyone but it works for me and I recommend. But I will say they are sorta big pills and they’re sometimes hard to swallow.

My PCOS ladies you must try this even if you have your doubts it wouldn’t hurt to take risks. they are affordable and honestly I bought these in January 9 or so and the next day it helped me jump start my period because for months I haven’t had my period and when I took it it surprised me that it started to work fast but you must know everyone is different some may take days, weeks, or months. Pills like these would take 6 months to regulate and gradually effect you and you see the difference but fortunately for me it took a day to get my period when I first took them and by the next month of February around the same time I started period again definitely easy to swallow size are big but not extremely huge and definitely got your energy level up more and it slowed my hair growth from my legs chin armpits yes tmi but honestly that was always one of my concerns. Now that I’m on my third month I haven’t finished my first and now my second bottle just started it because I decided to take 2 pills a day with food in the mornings and honestly it didn’t upset my stomach or had bad side effects which is a plus. Yes yes getting long here but for 90 pills and a little over month supply great price but most off all being consistent pays off I thought it would take me 6 months to get pregnant but little under 2 months and I got my positive when I was supposed to start my third month period !!!!! I had a pregnancy loss and D&C done last November. My cycle was irregular/nonexistent. I think I had a period 2 weeks after my D&C, but then was just very lightly spotting on and off, and when I thought I was due for another period there was nothing, I’m sure I had some hormone imbalance. Since me and my husband decided to TTC, it was very difficult to track ovulation or if I was even ovulating. You need to really pay attention to what you’re using it for. I was talking then for a few reasons. I was growing more chin hair and wanted to start trying for another baby. If you are trying for a baby you need to STOP TAKING THEM WHEN YOU ARE OVULATING the DIM lowers progesterone and that is needed for embryos/healthy pregnancy. You are to start back up when you start your period. I just miscarried and have a small cyst now. So just pay attention

I was spending over $40 a month on PCOS support supplements/vitamins. I couldn’t afford it any longer, so I searched for other options and I found this. I gave it a try and I will not go back to anything else! I purchased 2 months ago & waited to write a review, so I could really give an honest opinion. I have no negative side effects. My “pesky hairs” have thinned, I don’t have to wax as often. I haven’t really seen any weight changes, but I think that will come over time. Energy levels have increased and I’m beginning to feel like me again. Please keep this product available, we need it.

From the dosage stated, it made me extremely nauseous for the whole day. I had to take 1 per day to not feel sick until it was finished.

Ingredients are listed as the same as FLO, but something is off with this brand. I used to take FLO without any issues and switched to this because it's a lot cheaper. Within the first couple of days of taking this, I started to get diarrhea and broke out in hives all over my neck, arms, and chest. I didn't think it was this supplement - so I took ALL my supplements out of my pill case and took nothing for 2 weeks. The hives and diarrhea cleared up. So, I decided to just add this supplement back into my pill case - I took ONE (not even 3 as listed) - that night the hives started up again and the diarrhea and continued hives went into the next day. The ingredients ARE NOT the same as FLO - I had ZERO issues with FLO. Beware.
