Amazing customer service and buke
Our bike was damaged in shipment. It worked but made a strange noise as a piece was bent. I had requested a replacement piece and they sent a full new bike!! Above and beyond!! The bike is great! Got it for my son and he is so excited. He has ridden it around and it works beautiful. Amazing buy!

Great bike for the price!
I had a little trouble assembling it, but the seller sent a very informative video and assembly became much easier. Looks great and rides as good as it looks.

Good purchase
Good buy. My daughter loves it. The front wheel needed to have its spokes adjusted though to keep the wheel from rubbing the brakes. Other than that I would recommend this bike.

Money wasted
This product is not quality and safe! After just 1 week A week later, the brakes started to squeal. There was a problem with the chains. I am 68 kg. It was my first bike and I was trying to learn. This is so hard for learning. Also I bought training tire for adult. It s durable. But look at this bike ! This is nonsense. My money wasted.

Blew up
The bike is nice looking, but sadly, I still can’t ride it. I put it together (luckily I know a little about bikes because instructions were not great). Tires said to air at 40-60psi, so I did 40. Started to push it forward and the gears locked up. So, into the house it went for a couple days. Just sitting, there was a loud explosion/pop. The rear tire exploded. The tube shredded and so did the inner rim of the tire, so now I have to get a new tire and tube. Then. Maybe I can get the gears working soon. Contact from the seller has been minimal. I was offered a tube, but nothing about the gears. The tire was discovered when new tube (I purchased) came in and couldn’t change it. So. Maybe I’ll get to ride this bike before snow weather hits. Disappointing birthday present.

First mountain bike
This is my first ever mountain bike. I was so excited to start riding my bike for more mobility and just casual fun rides, however, I guess I’ve ran into a few issues. Firstly, I didn’t know anything about assembling bikes, so I took it to a bike shop to get assembled and the handlebar turns in the opposite direction from the front wheel. As you can guess this is very dangerous. I know that I have a different type of stem on this bike then what other bikes have. This bike has a quill stem and doesn’t require bolts or a clamp for the handlebar to be held in place however, an Allen wrench can be used to tighten the screw on the top of the stem part. Secondly, this bike is for woman, and it came with a men’s seat. It’s very uncomfortable to ride for me, but that’s an easy fix. As for the handlebar turning in the opposite direction of the front wheel. I’ll have to go to another assembler. I guess the first person that I went to if he didn’t understand what I was talking about the first time he’s not very fit to be assembling bikes now is he? The bike is beautiful and I wanna get some rides out of it before I move on to my next bike.
