Works very well for bloating. I put it juice and the taste is not noticeable, There is no smell and does give a calming before bedtime.

This lemon balm is AMAZING! Taste is very sweet when you use the liquid by itself, but it blends very nicely with teas. Smell is natural, not bad. Liquid is like a golden brown color. I bought this because I was having a really hard time with some extreme anxiety during the day and sometimes at night accompanied with sleeplessness, and anger issues due to stress and overstimulation. I’m not into smoking 🍃 and I definitely do not like taking medication, that’s just my personal preference. I usually only take ashwaganda because that helps, but I needed something stronger and something that has effects faster and something I could also potentially use during the day. I usually do the recommended amount on the bottle, but every now and then I’ll go up or down on the dosage, depending on how zen-ed out I need to be and what time of day it is. If I take this during the day, I almost always go way down on the dosage because I’m extremely sensitive to things like this and it’ll put me to sleep lol. I usually use it at night, sometimes I’ll put it in my tea or just drop the liquid directly on my tongue. This stuff helps me calm down and zens me out so easily and it does work really fast. I only ever use during the day if I’m about to flip my biscuit. 😂 But yeah, works like a charm and I definitely recommend. 👌🏽

I just started taking this yesterday, it assist with slepping but when I wake up to pee I remain awake for a lil while but I don't wake up feeling tired and eyes feeling heavy. It also taste great. I take my drops straight from the dropper.

If you have been suffering with sleep due to menopause, this is a great product. I'm able to get to sleep and it doesn't make me feel groggy. Great Product!!
