Q: Where is this zester made?

I am not certain where it is made, as there are no markings in the product other than the name. I believe Zyliss was originally a Swiss made product; however, their website seems to be US based now. Probably best to contact the company directly.

Q: Does the "channel knife" actually work well to make a cocktail "twist", orange & lemon? Would like to hear from someone who actually does it.

I'm not terribly picky about the appearance and have been able to easily make strips with the "channel knife" that I guess could be twisted. I love this zester, have tried so many others and this one is the best I've ever used (I'm decades old), very satisfied with this and highly recommend.
