10/10/25: The product came in the manufactory box inside a Amazon box. It had cushsion on all parts; parts where all account for; no damage noticed; comes with instructions; connected the parts and turned it on; operates as it should; will put the solar panel on my mancave roof oustide and the buglight inside. I will update this review in 90 days to let buyers know if it's worth buying; not to be handled by children. 01/12/26 well it's been over 90 days; the item is still working; it is in my garage and the solar panel is on the roof, I have another one (elecrtical corded) but this one seems to work better; I hear popping constantly compared to the other one; It turns on automatically but I don't know how long it stays on because by then I go to sleep; the 5 STARS will remain

I hate the idea of a solar bug zapper. When I was a kid the bug zappers were running mad wattage and power. I assumed these little solar zappers weren't worth the money. I purchased this one and it's been up in my yard for a couple of months. It turns on in the evening and off in the morning. This little thing zaps a lot of bugs and seems to have the same or similar power as the 120v plug in type that I also got. In fact you need to keep the little brush it comes with because as it turns out that brush is to clean out the dead bug bodies when they accumulate. They DO accumulate, and fast. So I know the thing is working. I see it every night and so far it has never failed to turn on.

Purchased a while back and have been extremely pleased with the product. We just had a hailstorm pass through and there was no damage sustained to the unit or the solar panel on top. Has continued working each evening since. Requires good sunlight to operate overnight if going strictly off solar power. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the product stopped working after 3 months. The solar panel does not charge it.

Arrived early. Easy to put together. The front screen was not secured properly, but that was a good thing. It just pushes up and is held in place with two plastic nibs. To clean just pull the screen down and brush the contact wires. These have done a good job. yard is noticeably less buggy.

This item is crap in my opinion. Says it will cover an acre. I had it on my patio tonight and the mozzies were way more interested in me and my wife Then they were of your pretty blue light of your product. Need direction. Not happy😩. Can I throw it in the garbage and get my money back??
