El producto es bueno, soy cautivo de la marca, sin embargo la descripción de este artículo es incorrecta pues en las características dice que sirve tanto para líquidos fríos como calientes, pero el producto viene acompañado de un cintillo de ADVERTENCIA que textualmente indica que NO está diseñado para líquidos calientes, y yo lo adquir precisamente para usarlo con ambos tipos de líquidos.

Hermoso producto, solo que muy difícil y delicado para lavar. Si se rompe la parte interna de chupon no hay repuestos!

Elle est comme description je l’adore reçu depuis plus d’un mois et utiliser chaque jour depuis facile à laver pour le moment j’ai mis 2 fois dans le lave vaisselle pour tester et aucun probleme! Mon seul point négatif est qu’il ne fait pas l’échapper, ça met arrivé 1 fois pour le moment et le bouton pour l’ouvrir est maintenant très dur. Je dois appuyer plus vers la droite pour l’ouvrir si je centre mon doigt ça fonctionne pas….

I've used coffee tumblers from this brand for years, but my latest purchase has left me extremely disappointed. My old tumblers were stripped of all their paint and the plastic parts started to smell from the 10-ish years I've been using them daily. Figured I'd get a matching set of this water bottle and the matching tumbler as a gift to myself. I was really excited. The water bottle's design is sleek, it looks great! The same one-click, one-handed drinking type of bottle that I always use. However, the design has flaws that I wasn't expecting, considering this brand is usually (in my opinion) high quality. The spout appeared to be either damaged or loose, as there was no suction, and despite efforts to try and push it in, there was still no suction??? Attempting to remove the spout for cleaning and further investigation revealed a major design flaw: it's impossible to *reassemble* without completely **disassembling** the cap (mold alert much??), which is horribly complicated and can't be done at home without the possibility of damaging the plastic. To make matters worse, the packaging and bottle lacked wash and care instructions, which used to be included with products I've bought from contigo before. I had to search online for it, as the website advertised on the little paper slip around the bottle would only direct me to contigo's website, not the care instructions... Only to discover the critical warning "do not remove the silicone spout" - too late. As a result, my bottle is now unusable. No way for me to put the spout back in. I figure others will experience the same thing. Considering the brand's usual quality, this design oversight wasn't expected. Unless contigo revises the (mold catcher) design or provides clear instructions, I would advise against buying this bottle.
