Electric - M18 REDLITHIUM Forge XC8.0 Battery Pack

This battery is a beast. Not much bigger than the 6.0 HO but definitely longer run time. Turned my 1/2” into a honey badger and works well with the 1”. Since it’s a Milwaukee it fits how it’s supposed unlike the off brand batteries. So far seems just as durable with it being dropped a few times and swing around on an impact but only time will tell.

Great battery!!! Worth the money. Font buy the knock-off version.

THIS BATTERY......... I was a bit skeptical about this battery at first because of it's price point. It sold at a fraction of the price than anywhere else in town. With that being said, I do residential remodels and renovations as well as industrial maintenance work. I've used different brands of tools throughout my career(25+ years) and I won't name names, lol. Milwaukee has outlasted all other brands and I highly recommend them. The current job I'm on, I'm basically rebuilding this mobile home and it's me and one other guy that just started using Milwaukee. He got the drill, impact and 6 1/2" circular saw. His combo kit came with a 1.5 amp and a 3.0 amp. I have a 1.5 amp, 3.0 amp, three 6.0xc. Both of us running circular saws, sawzalls and impacts, the army of batteries just couldn't keep up. I'm the type of person that shops around and tries to find the best deals and I came across this beaut. After a little bit of arguing with myself and my experience with Milwaukee won 😂. This battery has more power which means more run time and less downtime. Functions flawlessly. If it's a Milwaukee product(which it is) you are going to get a high quality product. It fits all M18 tools including the packout shop vac. It is slightly heavier than the 6.0xc batteries but the little extra weight is worth it. The durability of it is it does last a lot longer than the 6.0xc batteries but I don't know how it holds up to physical abuse of being accidental being dropped, knocked around in the work truck, etc. I recommend this battery to run the more demanding tools like the shop vac, circular saws(6 1/2" and 7 1/4), angle grinder and the multi tool. However, I only have the traditional battery chargers and when I received the battery, it went onto a charger because it had one bar. It took 3 and a half hours to charge it. I recommend the rapid charger, which has now been added to my " To Get" list.

This is my 2nd forge battery I bought for my Milwaukee tools, first battery I bought off my tool guy at work and the battery is definitely stout! It has plenty of power and will last almost all day when I’m using it. Battery is on the heavy side though.

I was skeptical about ordering this, but it came in an original package charges upgrade works as it should gives my tools a lot more power and longer lasting battery. This battery charges up very fast too. It is definitely a real Milwaukee battery. It goes through the diagnostic when you hold the button it diagnosis itself.

I’ve had this for like a month or so it takes a little while to charge. It seems to be a real Milwaukee battery M 18. Price was right. We will see how long it actually last but it’s enough power for me to do what I need to do in my yard with my weedeater.

Love this battery. Did my brakes on my car and my brother's car and the battery is still full. Fantastic battery life. The figment is not good, it sort of hangs precariously from the tool, and vibration translates to the battery. Makita has some sort of battery isolation on their heavy duty tools now. I read that these have some dampening so maybe it doesn't matter.

I have been using this battery for my Milwaukee leaf blower. Does seem to last longer than the xc6.0 battery I have been using. Price was alot better than the orange big box store. Definitely a good purchase.

This battery’s like a six-pack of Red Bull jammed into a plastic brick. Powers the tools like they’re hopped up on caffeine and spite. Pricey, yeah — but if you’re the type that kills batteries faster than you kill brain cells on a Saturday night, this one’s worth it

This battery seems to be a noticeable upgrade to the stock 8.0Mah "high output" that came with my weedwhacker.. Seems to have longer run times despite claiming the same Mah, as well as i notice no voltage lag in performance under heavy load. Also very noticeable that the battery is cooler when out of juice and putting back on charger. Based on my early observations,,, i would buy this battery over the High Output version without hesitation
