I did buy this product in Feb 2024, but didnt write any review. As my bottle neared end, I was looking to buy another one. This particular product was exclusively for b12 with 1500mcg for two capsules. The same product is sold as a multivitamin, with b12 quantity of 2.2 mcg!! Amazon is advertising it as the same product. As far as the effectiveness is considered, I would say it's effective, but cant comment on the side effects because I have not been very observant of it. Still, I cant say that I had a very noticeable surge of energy or anything. The outer skin, adjacent to your hand nails would be darker if you have a b12 deficiency. I did get it lighter after having the capsules. The heavy dose is based on the theory that for large doses, a small fraction will be absorbed, more than the daily recommendation, for treating deficiencies. For smaller doses, a much less amount will be absorbed. A lot of brands either provide 2.2 mcg or large doses such 1000mcg or 1500 mcg. And for the large doses, what even is the guarentee that it does contain that amount or only the smaller anount?

Odour is heavy taking it capsule form to avoid the smell but no use. Once i received a red coloured capsules couldn't remember name supplier. It is best one
