This star light is absolutely beautiful, and while it’s marketed as a Christmas tree topper, we’ve decided to use it differently. We’re hanging it in the trees in the forest, and it looks amazing! The 18 RGB LEDs create vibrant colors and dynamic effects that add a magical, festive vibe to the surroundings. The ability to control it via the app, remote, or the USB cable is convenient, and the music sync feature is a fun bonus. The 16.4ft USB cable provides some flexibility, but I do wish it allowed for chaining multiple lights together to create an even more dramatic effect in larger setups. Overall, it’s a versatile and stunning decoration that works beautifully outdoors. It’s easy to set up and creates a unique, eye-catching display in the forest. Highly recommend for creative lighting projects!

Easy set up but no lights worked even after troubleshooting as indicated. Returned product and searched for another.

We love this tree topper star. The colors are bright, and it's super fun to be able to change colors and modes. It is important to note that it is powered by USB, so you may need a charging block to plug it into your Christmas tree, but the cable is nice and long. The remote also works by pointing it at the USB plug, so you'll want to make sure it's visible somewhere. I didn't have any trouble with the app control, but it is not a well-known app developer, so take the proper precautions when giving it permissions. Otherwise we've really enjoyed this.
