Good product it tastes horrible as I just have a drop of water with it but good for hair nails etc

I have bought this collagen before so knew what it was like but I bought this one from Amazon as they're was a good deal on. (Half price) I take 2 scoops of Glow every morning in my tea. Its a little bit like coffee creamer and possibly would work slightly better in coffee, but I only drink tea so today's what I have. It dissolves well and I quite enjoy it. As for the benefits, it takes a while but so far, after 2 months, I've noticed a difference in my nails (starting to grow a lot stronger) and I think my skin is improving slightly (lines slightly reduced). However, the main thing I've noticed is that my cracked heels, which have plagued me for years, have gone! Lovely smooth feet for the first time in probably 40 years! I'm hoping that with continued use my hair will also improve; I can already see a small improvement. I also take the Pure collagen every day, and I think the 2 combined are a great help.

It's hard to know whether collagen peptides are working - but I've been taking them for years...this was a change of brand for me, wanted to try a different version variant, and this seems fine.

I put this one i my morning coffee and have the hot chocolate one at night.
