Quality pill that we have purchased more than once. The 1st time my kiddos were going to Thailand and this truly balanced their gut health- taking it 2 weeks before, then throughout the trip. Our recent purchase was for a trip to Egypt and same experience. These are not so strong your body feels different or impacts daily routines/ tasks where you have to be on the toilet all day.

Excellent product, helped a lot!

Still a great tool in the tool kit. I miss the original formula in the individual packets where all of the blends were separate because I definitely feel like there’s no way that all of that made it into four capsules so maybe the dosage decreased on some of the stuff, but it still works really well and I like it.

I used to get bad indigestion. Total Gut Health has really helped. It doesn't completely get rid of it but really helps.

Outstanding product, only problem is the amount of pills, we used to get the bigger bottle, it not available. Try it, works great.

I have severe GERD and I take these at night to settle my stomach down even though I am on a prescription drug. They work great and ease any stomach issues I may be experiencing.

Easy to swallow, no taste. Great pre & probiotic. I take every day w/largest meal of day. Help while you travel too.
