We were in need of this product to be compliant with corporate guidelines. This a very nice product. It's well made and the furnished zip ties make easy to hang the tags. Also the included hole punch makes it easy to punch monthly checks.

I bought a 25-pack of forklift inspection tags, and they are perfect for keeping safety records. We have an AED at our lodge and pay someone to inspect it once per month. We found that we didn't have to pay to have it inspected and that we could do it ourselves. We appointed one of the members to take care of it each month and to tag the device. Problem solved. These are great little tags and are the perfect size for our application. A fine-tipped permanent marker and tie wraps are included. It's important to ensure that each and every AED is inspected monthly, but are they? Was the inspection overlooked? Do the inspection reports need to be recalled from a supervisor's office to ensure the inspection took place? These tags are helping to ensure inspections were completed more easily and at a glance. The tags are being used on a trial basis at our facility to show anyone and everyone that inspections were completed timely. The size is the typical size of other inspection tags as found on fire extinguishers. We are finding that inspections are becoming more successful since multiple people glance at the tags directly, making a process more functional, and complaints DO occur when it is apparent the equipment has not been inspected as needed (which are all good). The price of the 25-pack is reasonable, and they will truly show their value when an AED was used help save a life, and the post report shows the AED unit worked perfectly, and the battery and pads were replaced as needed per the manufacturer's specifications, all because the unit was properly inspected on the appropriate interval with documentation.

Kit includes zip ties, labels and a fine point permanent marker. The tags are high quality. They are thick and printed clearly on both sides. They have slight texture which makes them easy to write on. The included marker is a nice surprise and works well. Glad they are printed on both sides so they will keep a good long-term record vs. single sided ones. Zip ties seem fine as well. Typical size for any inspection tag. You won't be disappointed with these and are much better than paper or cardboard tags. Great value!

These LOTO tags work great for tagging down equipment and locking out equipment that requires repair. They are highly visible. They provide plenty of room to mark who locked the equipment out. They seem sturdy enough to hold up in the weather. There are enough tags provided to replenish any tags that wear out. These are a great value for the money.
