I’ve been using this derma roller mainly for my beard, and I’m very satisfied with it. It doesn’t hurt and hasn’t irritated my skin at all. I do get some mild redness after using it, but that’s expected and it fades within a few hours. The needles feel smooth and well made, and it’s easy to use and clean. Overall, it feels gentle yet effective, and I’m comfortable continuing to use it as part of my beard routine.

Using for female menopausal hair loss, along with topical minoxidil. I’ve used it twice and am very happy with it. Also appreciate the storage case. I have another much more expensive dermaroller that snagged and pulled out my hair (kinda not the point here) so I was skeptical about even trying something else, especially a much less expensive one. But this one is smooth, doesn’t pull, snag, or even gently tug on my hair — perfect!! I did a ton of comparison and research, looking at reviews, etc. When I need to replace this one, I’ll come right back here to purchase another.

The build quality is decent and matches the product description. I find it useful as part of a personal care routine, as long as proper hygiene and usage guidelines are followed. I didn’t give it five stars only because I would have liked it to include a storage case or more detailed instructions, but overall it’s a good option for the price.

I’ve been using this dermaroller for a week now, and so far I’m really happy with it. Overall good product I ordered a .5mm on my screen when I ordered, yet somehow it changed to a .25. While I don’t feel the .25 is going deep enough to do much good overall I decided to try it with this one and reorder another. The handle is solid and comfortable, and the wheel seems to be very stable under pressure. There was no pain or anything due to the number of needles and everything it seemed to reduce the pain like ones with less. I’ll give this a 5/5 for face and beard maybe for 4/5 for my needs.

Cheap for a reason, right? Nice package, comes with acrylic case that is great to disinfect it in. Good handle comfort and I like the little groove on the top to stick your index finger in to really apply pressure. Coincidentally really applying pressure breaks this thing. I would say I used it at the most 10 times before the roller drum fell apart on me as pictured. Cheap enough I'm not going to lose any sleep but be careful with how vigorously you use this thing.

Great product! I'm using it on my temples that are receding a little bit. I use it once a week pretty firmly and it leaves them a little red but not irritated. It's sleek and can fit in a travel bag.
