Works great, easy to use, did well with long periods of cleaning, it is small but powerful so it’s not ideal for large area cleaning jobs, but it shines when it comes to detailing, it is lightweight and the cord and hose have good reach so most of the time I was able to avoid having to hold the main machine while cleaning, it was very easy to follow the instructions to contact the company to get the replacement heads since after a while the attachments do require replacing, it is a very affordable machine and has been very worth the price, I have used it at least 10 times sometimes for 4-5 hours straight with very little breaks so it definitely seems to be a tough durable machine, I highly recommend this machine it has become a regularly used addition to my cleaning supplies!

It’s lightweight, easy to hold (even for someone with smaller or with arthritic hands), and it produces steam very quickly. It’s also a fantastic choice for an elderly person because it requires very little effort to operate. Living in a tropical climate, this has become a must-have tool for keeping things clean and fresh. It’s powerful, convenient, and surprisingly efficient for its size. But what truly sets GAUTYE apart is their exceptional customer service. When my unit suddenly stopped working, I emailed them and received a fast, extremely responsive reply. They honored the full warranty with no hassle, and a brand-new replacement was shipped immediately—I had it in just two days. That level of support is rare and very appreciated. I’ve been using this Gautye steam cleaner for a couple days and it worked well. I hit my greasy stove first and the high-temp steam just melts it away. Then I did the couch—stains lifted right out, fabric looks refreshed, and it dried fast. Heats up quickly ，tank holds enough for 30–40 min of cleaning. 15 attachments cover grout, glass, upholstery and others. No chemicals, just water—safe around food and kids. Stove and couch look brand new. Love it!

UPDATE After I posted my review, a representative from the company contacted me right away and apologized for the used unit that was sent to me. They offered to get a new unit out to me right away. I tried the steam cleaner again today. It is not magic, but it works well enough. On baked on grease and grime, it’s not your best option, but spot cleaning, before it turns into a baked-on nightmare-ish mess, that’s where this machine excels. So, it absolutely has a place in my cleaning toolbox. But what really impressed, was this company’s customer service. Truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you! It’s a no for me. I bought this to help clean my ninja foodie grill, other things, sure, but that was at the top of my list. And I truly wanted to like this and based on the reviews was optimistic. Unfortunately, although I purchased a new unit, what i received was a used, repackaged unit that did not have all of the attachments. Unforgivably unprofessional. The unit did heat up quickly, I’ll give it that. It did not, however, manage to make much of a dent on any of the grease stained surfaces. I will be returning it. Keep looking. This is not the steam cleaner you are looking for.

I love this steamer. It's so convenient and the long hose reaches up high very easily. The small tank is portable and lightweight even with water in it. I use it in my bathroom to clean and sanitize all the surfaces as well as in the kitchen. It has three pressure settings so you can clean and sanitize anything. Customer service is also fantastic and quick. I bought this product in November and it started to act up after just 3 uses. When I contacted customer support they responded within 20 minutes through email and are sending me a brand new machine free of charge. Thank you so much.
