This manual air horn is super loud and easy to use! I use this air horn to scare black bears out of my yard in western Massachusetts. It's much more effective than banging pots or shouting at the bears. I haven't seen another bear here since I started using the horn. My neighbors know when they hear the horn that there is a bear in the neighborhood. It serves as a great warning device. Of course, you need to secure your trash, bring in your bird feeders, etc., so you are not tempting the bears. But if one should accidently roam into your yard, this air horn is a great deterrent.

Habe mir das Horn nur aus einem Grund zugelegt. Zur Abwehr von Hunden (oder Stinktieren) auf langen Wanderungen und Biketouren. Ich habe zwar noch keine unliebsamen Begegnungen gehabt. Aber das Horn ist wirklich tierisch laut. Und man kann mit einem Hub dem Ton sogar einige sec Dauer verleihen. Es tut richtig weh in den Ohren- guter Kauf :-) Verarbeitung tadellos, Preis OK!!!
