I noticed improvement in my energy levels and my overall health. Easy to swallow. I did get a stomachache from the first couple days of use but it was tolerable and eventually ceased. My diet has been terrible lately and I've noticed it in the way I feel, look and smell so I was looking for a candida cleanse and this worked very well.

I took the whole bottle as instructed, and it did what it was supposed to.Afterwards, I definitely noticed a difference in overall stomach health and reduction in intestine related distress like gas and bloating.These capsules were easy to take, and I made sure to drink plenty of water while on this cleanse.Taking this made a difference in my overall gut health, and I felt much better after having finished this cleanse.

This is another BS product. I didn't have any positive effects
