Shower not getting hot after 3 months
Bought in December 2023, now not getting hot. Plumber says it needs a new cartridge? According to Mark Vitow the manufacturer, I need to contact the seller in the first instance, which is not easy to do? I need the seller, EC Trading West Yorkshire to contact me regarding what the next course of action is please?

We buy this every 2 years as it is for an outside shower, which is not designed to be outside, hence it freezes. It is really easy to swap over and works perfectly

Handle falling off
When fitted after 2 days the handle fell off ! So I had to re fit and this time I put loc tight in the thread going into the body of shower so hopefully that will keep it in place
