I had a floral event where this urn was the perfect application. I'd been wanting one of these style urns for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. I was not disappointed. It is by no means cheap, but given its quality and color, it is a worthwhile investment. Speaking of color, I chose the rustic brown. I debated about whether to get the black, but was happy I got the rustic brown. It is a very pleasing dark brown earthy color. Considering how small this planter is, be forewarned that it is very heavy. This means that it acts as a perfect counterbalance to the rather long and heavy branches that I used it it. It wasn't necessary to use tape to mitigate the risk of the floral foam toppling over. It had been specifically requested that I use camellia branches for a milestone ceremony. Normally a florist would have to use floral tape to make sure it doesn't topple over. But because of the weight of this urn, it wasn't necessary.
