The best in the NW
This is the ultimate paper towel holder one can have. It is stylish, modern, of substantial quality, and very functional. Finally, I can get a towel with just two fingers. Just a wonderful design.

Great product, Great price
Definitely a great paper towel holder.Stops and holds where you want it to. No losing too many paper towels. Easy installation, sturdy and just enough weight to it. This is the second one I have purchased.

A beautiful paper towel holder at last!
This is my second paper towel holder and I am thrilled to use it daily. One in by my kitchen sink and one in our bathroom for the grandkids to use when they was their hands. It is beautiful to look at and it works smoothly. Very well built. Simple with nothing to wear out on it. I plan to order one for our camper van also. You won't be disappointed.

Bought multiple, and would buy again.
After about 2 years, the little clicker (that prevents the roll from spinning forever .. I think it was a small gear) broke off. I suspect it broke off because of high use (and young kids) But that has been my only issue.I still bought 3 more (even after the clicker broke. I have 2 install vertically on a wall, and 1 installed horizontally under a cabinet.Works great.1 thing to keep in mind: if you do install it on a wall, make sure it is attached to a stud. Because it is an item that is often “pulled on”, drywall anchors will become loose very quickly.

Easy one handed paper towel dispenser.
Well made, works great! This one is the second I've purchased. What I really like about this paper towel roller is the fact that the built in ratcheting tension allows towels to be pulled off of the roll one handed without spooling off more towels than needed. This is really handy when you have wet hands or have messy hands from food prep.

Frees counter space and a whole hand!
This paper towel holder is great. Exactly what I was looking for in function and appearance (it looks sleek—in brushed nickel to match our cabinet knobs and faucet—and perfectly unobtrusive in its spot under the cabinet). My husband installed it easily in about 2 minutes using a drill and the screws provided. He’s fairly handy and rarely admits when tasks are harder than expected, so it might be more difficult than he said, but he usually gets pretty grumpy and distracted when installing excessively difficult items, and he was cheerful throughout the process in this case.As others have noted, you can install it horizontally or vertically on a variety of surfaces, and the actual connection piece is only about 4”x2”. But you do need to install it in a location with at least 14” of length/width and 4” of depth available for the rod to fit when a paper towel roll is on it. Our cabinets have a .5” lip underneath and even that small amount of space reduction prevented us from installing it under my preferred 13” cabinet, because the paper towel roll hit the lip and wouldn’t turn. Luckily our other cabinets are wider and allowed for easy installation, fit and function for even mega sized rolls.Once installed, this thing is awesome and easy to use. It does indeed make it amazingly easy to pull and tear off only the amount of paper you want without a problem. With only one hand! (With 3 children under 4, I rarely have more than one hand to do anything so this is a godsend). The only potential negative is that the ratcheting sound is somewhat loud when it turns, and has woken my sleeping baby a few times when I was trying to clean up during nap time. I now try to keep a separate roll of towels in the kitchen pantry to use instead when the baby is sleeping and I need to grab them quietly. My husband doesn’t even notice the sound at all though, so it’s clearly not a big issue, and likely a non-issue for all but the most sensitive ears. Just worth pointing out for the hardcore nap-protectors like me out there.Overall, a great and inexpensive way to store paper towels off the counter. Love it.
