I decided to take these for bv and when I start smelling weird especially before my period. I may need to go to the gyno but all they do is prescribe me the treatment for bv and that’s discouraging. I’ve tried using special 🐱cleaning soaps, unscented, and soap for sensitive skin. Next I may have to use a different laundry detergent and stop using fabric softener for now. These do help with the smell. Nothing is more embarrassing than hearing someone at work say the bathroom smells

This is going to be a tmi review, but it may help a potential buyer with the problem I was having before I discovered this stuff. Okay, I was having an issue with the natural bacteria that lives in our lady parts. There was a problem with balance - the anaerobic bacteria was out of wack and waaaaaayyyyyyyy higher than it needed to be. Unfortunately this type of bacteria puts off a disgusting odor.I was having a cycle of imbalance every few weeks and nothing I did could break the cycle. It was not bad enough that it cleared the room, but I was not feeling the least bit amorous on date night if you can read between the lines on this. My gyn patiently explained this was not an std or anything (thank goodness, the husband was going to have to do some serious explaining if is was), just an imbalance that can occur naturally and that once it happens, you may be more prone to recurrence. That was a freaking understatement. My MD happily prescribed scripts to restore the natural order of things, but the issue came back every few weeks. The script meds are pretty harsh and I am not all that jazzed about having to take meds when not sick - and this, as I have stated, was not an illness but simply my body naturally getting out of wack. I know others have GI issues that are similar to this that can cause some truly funky odors as well, do they make Activia for the vagine? Yes, they do, it is FemFlora and once I figured out 2 tablets a day along with my multivitimin in the morning has kept everything in balance.

I always keep coming back to this particular product. It is subtle so it might be easy to miss that it is working, so don't give up on it. You don't necessarily "feel" anything when using it, but you will notice less itch, smell or discomfort and your belly feeling good. You might forget it is because of this little pill. I have lived with a recurring YI and/or maybe BV for a long time, so I'm finally getting back to a regimen of taking these daily. I also intend to try Boric Acid suppositories or powder as well. It's time for me to feel more comfortable in my body and have feminine confidence.

This stuff saved me! I have been a user of the RePhresh brand for several years but the price tag was going to bankrupt me. Earlier this year - I got the worst case of BV plus my first-ever YI. I swear taking larger doses of the Pro-B to fight the infection was making things worse. After two rounds of antibiotics and antifungals from the doctor, the YI cleared up but the BV did not. With my doctor's blessing, I did a home treatment douche of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and used the FemFlora to restore the healthy bacteria. The BV finally cleared up and I take FemFlora every day to keep things in balance. I really love that you get so much for a reasonable price.
