I was looking for an easy install door knob similar to one I found about 15 years ago at Lowe's. While this one was not made like that one, it still was easy for me to install correctly. It seems well made and functions as it should.

Good price and nice looking. Doesn’t feel cheap and was easy to install. Our camper bathroom did not have a lock before. Looks great with the other hardware I replaced.

This exterior knob is lockable and has good spring action. Install was straight forward, but as with many of these, accessing the screws is difficult without scraping the interior side handle. Also, this is a budget handle so it is light weight.Warning: if you have a tight fitting door, the mechanism might seize. We couldn’t use it on the original needed application as the handle would not open when the latch bolt has pressure on it. On another application with more flexible insulation, it worked fine.
