DWVO 55" Convertible Sofa Bed, 3-in-1 Sleeper Sofa with Pull-Out Bed, Beige

We bought this couch and it now is falling a part; screws and springs are exposed creating a danger to our kids & cats.Amazon won’t return the couch and refund us, and told us to contact the seller. In doing so, we discovered that the seller is not contactable, and they are a fraudulent company using the address of another furniture store in New Jersey, who are currently pursuing legal action against the seller for using their address as theirs.When we relayed this info back to Amazon, they still refused to help us.We are completely disenchanted with Amazon, and despite the convenience aspect, we are considering not using them again.Do not purchase anything being sold by DWVO.

For someone who lacks time for all the extra errands , I appreciated the fact that I was able to assembly in less than 45 minutes. I’m 5’5” and was able to lay on this this without feet hanging over the edge. Very firm, which is my preference. This also quickly adjusts from couch to bed. Would definitely purchase again.

I purchase furniture from Amazon regularly. This is, by far, the worst piece of furniture I've bought for adults. It's as hard as a rock to sit on. It's cheaply built and cannot handle two adults leaning back to relax. Ours broke after three months and is now in the trash. It might be okay for children, but for adults, absolutely not.

The product was smaller than I expected and not quite what I wanted. However, it was easy to put together.

I couldn’t put it together because one of the arms the screws were not size correctly and I contacted Amazon and all I got was a $93 refund while I pay almost $300 for it. Per them if I wanted a full refund or replacement I would have to send back the one I got which was impossible due to the box been broken in order to be open and it was heavy. I think they should have better ways of assisting. I lost $200 since I couldn’t fix the holes of the arms to be able to put the screws in. I do not recommend this specifically

Easy to assemble, comfortable, good quality for the money.

So I'm putting this thing together and as I'm trying to put the font cover on the pull out ottoman part I can't get the screws in, turns out the holes were drilled in the wrong spot, but that wasn't the best part, I tried laying on it and immediately the pins that are supposed to hold it up gave way. I'm lucky I'm not seriously injured. This was probably the best deal I could find for a couch this size but if I knew it was going to fall apart on me I would of looked for something else.
