Spliferkou 7-in-1 Berberine Phytosome with Ceylon Cinnamon, Berberine Complex Supports Metabolic, Liver Function and Immune System, Non-GMO- 60 Capsules

My mom has gotten off her blood pressure meds by taking this daily.

I ordered the Spliferkou 7-in-1 Berberine Phytosome with Ceylon Cinnamon, Berberine Complex because I'm trying to get my cholesterol levels down. I took another product for six months and when I got tested there was little difference in my lab values. This product has a wider range of ingredients, so I hope it makes a difference. I'll have to get my labs done again to see if there's any change. Still, I've been taking one capsule every day since they arrived, and hope to get my labs redone after taking them for 60 days. I can say that I've had no issue with the product itself, no side effects, and so I hope to revisit this review after checking for results.

These days, I really only want four things in a supplement: 1. Easy to swallow capsules that actually work! 2. An easy to read label so I follow the instructions correctly. 3. High quality ingredients and... 4. No unintended consequences or upset tummy. All in all I'm really quite satisfied with this!

This item is not what it claims. Capsules were small and opaque. Opened one and the color of powder proves it to be a fraud. Berberine and Berberine Phytosome are always a shade of yellow and Ceylon cinnamon is brown. This powder was pure white - took pictures. Also, the total wt of all supplements inside was to be over 1600 mg. This weighed less than 1000 mg with the capsule. FRAUD The yellow cap in pic is a legit Berberine of 550 mg. The other pic unfortunately is on back of a receipt..but you can see the powder is pure white...not Berberine

The capsules have a horrible rancid/chemical taste you notice immediately. The bottle interior smells like strong vinyl. This is not my first time consuming berberine. I have never experienced this with the previous brands I have used I know I can't return the bottle but the quality of this particular batch is extremely questionable.

I can't recommend this brand. I just don't think it works and the cinnamon hurts my stomach. Getting a phytosome type of berberine is important, but I just don't trust the efficacy here. The capsule's powder is pure white: meaning it has been processed.

I’ve been using a little over a week now, haven’t experienced any changes or weight drop. Wouldnt recommend.
